was really excited to try this place out, but what an absolute miss. while the lemon risotto for first course was delicious, IT TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR TO COME.. & the second course was mediocre and the dessert was straight up awful. the chocolate cake literally left a bad taste in my mouth and they couldn’t be bothered to use ripe fruit for the banana aspect of the dessert. the quality for an 100$+ per person meal was insulting and left feeling incredibly pissed off. oh! and nastiest hostess ever. ugh.

WELL DONE CRAFT! We often dine out for Restaurant Week, and don't receive what the normal experience would be due to the reduced prices. I'm thrilled to share that couldn't be further from the truth at Craft! Not only did they have an expansive menu, the whole restaurant participates in it so no table feels othered. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and well informed on the entire menu, which does include regular favorites. Service and professionalism like this makes you want to return during regular service weeks. And it's been ages since we've experienced this kind of care and attention to detail. I cannot thank your team enough for making our night special, as I presume you do for every table, every night! Our little family has been through quite the difficult year (which we never mentioned) and this was such a welcome slice of normal and special. We will be back and spread the word...PS: Can we just bathe in your bread an butter?!?!?

Incredible and memorable meal! Restaurant week 3 course with many options. Served with perfection. Our first time at this restaurant and won't be our last!!!

Absolutely fabulous. Food, service ambiance. The only annoying thing was the couple on a date next to us. The man talked about himself (an authority on everything) the entire dinner. We felt sorry for his date. At least he paid.

We were there for Restaurant Week and found Craft a very nice restaurant but we felt our meal was rushed. It is still amazing how a restaurant the size of Craft could prepare so many elaborate meals on one evening.

We had not dined at Craft for several years and brought friends with us who had never been to Craft before. Our dinners were excellent and so was the service. The ambiance at Craft is lovely and relaxing and we and our friends will definitely be back.

Dinner at Craft before our Broadway show was fab-u-Lou's in every respect. The service was exact, not too little and not too much. Every consideration which allowed an enjoyable and relaxing meal and time for us to get uptown to the theater. Craft exceeded our very high expectations. Well done.

Truly a work of art when it comes to cuisine. The ambiance was paired well with the menu. And the staff was on point when it comes to exceptional service.

Underwhelmed by Craft. Started with the mixed greens and herb salad. It was as if the kitchen sloppily put a few pieces of lettuce on a plate—void of any herbs and a very bland dressing.

The menu for the day had the previous days date printed on it—attention to detail?

The fish items on the menu are a total disaster—worse sea bass I’ve ever had. Monkfish was gross.

The vibe inside Craft sucks. Up tight and rigid. The opposite of what you expect with NYC—welcoming, warm, and with energy/personality.

Over priced—will never go again.

Our wedding anniversary experience at Craft was so tasty we're going back in a few days for a birthday during Restaurant Week. I had the Potato, Leek and Saffron Soup, and the Black Sea Bass while my husband had the Tagliatelle and Rohan Duck à L'orange. We shared the fluffiest Potato Gnocchi, Brussels Sprouts and assorted Mushrooms. Absolutely delicious and so well-seasoned, you could taste the care in each dish. Nothing felt heavy or too much. Dessert was outstanding. The chocolate soufflé was velvet, the sorbets were cool, smooth flavor bombs and the little doughnuts - so cute and heavenly with the dipping sauces, which my husband promptly drank, he liked them so much.

It was our first time at Craft and it exceeded the high expectations we had for the evening. We were celebrating both a birthday and an anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. The food was fantastic and the service impeccable. We especially loved the butternut squash soup, pumpkin agnolotti, spiced roasted lobster, potato purée and roasted pear. Well worth the cost.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Genuinely reasonably priced as well. I'm shocked this place wasn't busier. I'll definitely be back there again.
