The service was spot on. The food was amazing. The desserts were awesome. They handed you a pumpkin muffin when you left. I can't say enough about our experience. I rate it 10/10.

From beginning to end, perfect experience...We were treated like family! My husband had the short ribs as a main entree and I had the sirloin. My steak was perhaps the best I ever had and I am a steak lover. They serve delicious rustic sourdough bread and butter as an initial offering and the chef was kind enough to send out a tasting of the most delicious squash soup that was literally divine. We shared Gnocchi as an appetizer and that was lovely as well. We were too full to eat dessert and had a show nearby at Webster Hall, so we declined. We will be back for sure. This was a special start to a lovely evening I will always remember 🙏

This is the second time I have eaten here and it was even better than the first. The food, service, ambiance, and decor and all top notch. We don't drink alcohol but Craft has a variety of wonderful mock-tails We are also gluten free and they were able to accommodate us. I look forward to our next time.

Unbelievably slow on a relatively quiet night for seemingly no reason (e.g., the bread alone came out 30+ mins after we sat down). The cherry on top was the fish coming out completely undercooked, at which point you reexamine whether all of the other aspects of the earlier food you didn't like were mistakes and not just stylistic choices. Like the salad and the gnocchi both being quite plain and bland (especially the salad which was a hunk of lettuce and seemingly nothing else). And at the end, our server seemed completely unsurprised at the fish coming out raw and the service being so slow, making me think this is just par for the course there. Weird and disappointing experience.
