This was a delicious sushi offering and wonderful experience. Their menu clearly listed gluten free options sad they even offered gluten free tempura shrimp (which was fantastic). Our waiter was exceptionally nice and attentive. We will be back!

Service was excellent, and the scallop nigiri with the brown butter was insanely good. Great addition to the neighborhood

Hand rolls are very flavorful and tasty. However the rice is overcooked and mushy.
Nice atmosphere and great service.

We happened to arrive during happy hour and it was wonderful. They have a local sake on draft available that is delicious as well as lovely hand rolls. We loved the otoro roll as well as enjoyed several of the dressed up nigiri. The star of the show was anything using scallop. My husband said it was some of the best scallop he had ever had and he regretted not eating more scallop.
My only “critique” is this is a bit clunky to me. Not for the price point necessarily, I think the amount of fish is surprisingly much and adequate for the price. I personally find less fish and rice a bit more sophisticated. Their fish is very high quality and they give an ample amount for this price point. I think that it was just difficult for me to eat all in one bite. I would really have enjoyed ordering more but quickly filled up on the rice portions that came with the large nigiri.
We had a lovely time with the help of our server Juan M. He had great suggestions and kept the food and drinks flowing. This is a great weekday spot for a lovely sushi dinner.

Wowww. I’m in complete shock right now. I stopped by here because I saw the 5 ⭐️ review from over 80 people and figured it had to be decent. Boy was I fooled!! I’m thinking now that all these 5 ⭐️ reviews are all from family and friends. 80+ real people cannot be this clueless about flavor. It is impossible that every person walked thru those doors and experienced what was written. Hands down the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Every roll is either bland (even w all the garnishes inside) with 0 flavor or soaked in soy sauce or covered with an insane amount of crackers (yes crackers on sushi). ALL the fish had NO flavor. Not 1 thing except for the Kumamoto oysters had any flavor. I cannot believe that these reviews are from New Yorkers especially, a group of people that are supposed to know their sushi. If you’re a real sushi buff, this place is total and complete trash. There is no other explanation. I’ve had sushi everywhere from Seki to Yasuda to Masa and Gari and more lower level spots that are very tasty. This place is an insult to the Japanese cuisine. Not to mention, I requested extra ginger and Ponzu sauce and was given neither! I’m totally speechless and hungry now 200$ later ??

This place is fantastic. The sushi is inventive and fresh, the staff knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Stevie!!! A little difficult to carve out a whole meal of small bits but with expert advice we ended up more than satisfied. Don't miss the happy hour, excellent deal.
right next door to the original Carve Fishbar, Crave Sushi bar is also really great. The quality of the fish is top notch and the different preparations are both creative and delicious. They have nice happy hour options till 6:30 even on a Saturday which is great. The service is also excellent- our waiter was knowledgeable and very pleasant and attentive. This was a double birthday dinner with friends and we were there close to 3 hours- it was a great night!
Amazing Sushi and Exceptional Service!
I had the pleasure of dining at Crave Sushi, and I can say it's one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had! The freshness of the sushi, paired with the unique and creative dishes, was beyond impressive. Every bite was a perfect blend of flavors, leaving me eager to try more.
However, what truly sets this restaurant apart is the outstanding service. The waiters were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations based on my preferences. They were always there when needed without being overbearing, making the experience feel seamless and enjoyable.
A special shoutout to the manager Carlos, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and appreciated. Their genuine hospitality made the evening feel even more special.
If you're looking for a sushi place to celebrate a special occasion with amazing food and fantastic service sushi, this is the place to go. Our birthday dinner is absolutely unforgettable I can't recommend it enough!

Wow! Absolutely delicious! We were craving sushi and couldn’t have been more pleasantly satisfied with our meal at Crave. The fish was so fresh, the dishes were creative yet balanced and every dish had a unique flavor that made us both want more. Seriously, one of the best sushi experiences and we have had A LOT. There was nothing we didn’t love and Juan was great at suggesting options. We had so many dishes but a few of our favorites were the dressed scallop “blue butter scallop nigiri” the butter OMG, the toro tuna hand roll (w soy paper) off the happy hour menu, I had like 3 of these and my husband had 3 the regular way. The salmon hand roll with avocado and soy paper, the spicy tuna with rice cracker roll was my husbands favorite. The only one that we would have modified at all was the bluefin tuna o-toro cut roll that came with shishito pepper. Although we both like shishito pepper, it was slightly overpowering for the already amazing tastes in the roll. However, it was still worthy of being ordered! Oh and the naked fluke was ordered at the very end but after tasting it, I would have ordered a few more off that portion of the menu. It was as close to perfection as naked nigiri can get. Perfect meal! I can’t wait to go back!
Dietary restrictions: They have tamari sauce and lots of gf options. Not to mention they were able to accommodate my onion allergy with care.
