My burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the cookies and cream milkshake was rich and delicious. Yemi helped us decide what to order and was so welcoming and helpful, making the experience even better. Great food and even better service — I’ll definitely be back!

The chopped cheese was so good!! Best thing on the menu!! Marnisha was super sweat.

Only change that needs to happen is that the chopped cheese goes from being a 6 oz patty to an 8 oz patty!!!!

Food was somewhat okay, although messy, but the service was pretty bad.
They mislead customers and then get all defensive and lie about what's included with the meal.
The place is also way too pricey for what you get.

And judging by the responses on here to reviews with legitimate criticism, perhaps I'm not the only one thinking this way.

This was one of the better lunches we had in New York City. It was busy but worth it. We got burgers and fries here and they were absolutely fantastic. The next time I am in NYC I will go back to Chelsea just go grab a burger from here. I highly recommend it.

Apart from the music being so loud you could not communicate without shouting, the food is uninspiring at best. The waffle fries were overcooked, my burger was small, but ok. My sons burger was a disaster. He got the double patty, as he's a growing boy. The 'special sauce' was so horrible, even my son, who loves spice, said he could not finish it as the menu did not make it clear that the 'special sauce' was actually excessively spicy. To top it off, the shake was mediocre at best. Definitely not coming back.

Underrated joint. I ordered the cheeseburger and I thought it was pretty good. IMO the onion jam doesn’t add much so you could do without, also the ketchup might be unnecessary and could be replaced with mayo or burger sauce. But the key aspects, the beef patties and the bun, were really good. I’d definitely be happy to eat this again.

I had the cheeseburger at New York Steakhouse ,it was good! The portion was filling and the flavors were nice, though not the best I’ve ever had. The staff were really kind and made the experience pleasant overall. Solid 7/10!

Oooooh we skipped Lobster for a Burger and Waffle Fries, and wow what a perfect choice.
Good size, good price for what we got and most importantly, ridiculously super tasty.
My partner who opted for lobster in another restaurant went in for the waffle fries as they where so tasty.
Considering the amount of choice in Chelsea Market, today we made an excellent choice.
Don't get me wrong I love lobster Lobster and its super Tasty, but hell from time time time an awesome Burger just hits the spot .

They messed my order up and called me rude for asking them to correct it. I politely asked and apologized but they still acted like I asked them to do a backflip. Not to mention the prices are terrible and the quality of the food does not make up for it.

They called me rude for THEM messing up my order, then proceeded to get it wrong again, and then I spotted a female worker spit in my food in the back. I threw it in the trash and demanded a refund, thankfully, I got. Also, the price is ridiculous, it puts Five Guys to shame. 40$ for a burger shake and fries is absurd. Not to mention they are criminals, literally.

Chelsea market has been tourist trap central for many years now, but still offers some appealing eats for us locals if you pick the right places. In all my times there, I had never tried creamline until today. I had a craving for a burger and had their double steakhouse for $18. The flavor was ok, but the meat was hard and chewy. This is not fresh ground. It obviously comes in as frozen densely pre-formed patties. This burger is a big NO. I gave one extra star, as I sensed what the outcome would be and still went ahead and tried the place, so that’s on me. Way too many better options in NYC, skip this place.
