Not a regular hot dog spot, speak easy place hides in the middle of joint, there is an hour + waiting list, very different but once in, amazing cocktails and pretty standard fried pub food
Hot dog itself seems like it's deep fried so the skin is crisp while the inside stays juicy, with great pork flavor. The bun is pretty normal which seems like a waste when so much effort is put into the hot dog and toppings. Restaurant gets pretty loud and crowded with all the speakeasy customers but we were able to find a seat even on Saturday night.
The hot dogs are on the smaller side so you can have one as a light meal or combine it with tater tots....

Yelp reviewers with similar preferences helped me decide. Every person there seems naturally friendly. Their food takes your palate to unfamiliar territory. The place has good spirits. I'll be here again.
