Crispy Heaven bakery and restaurant

Our server was incredibly accommodating, kindly offering us a larger table despite it being just the two of us, as the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The food was delicious with generous portions, larger than the typical NYC standard, which we greatly appreciated. While the flavors won’t leave you speechless, the food is excellent, and I’d gladly recommend this spot to anyone.

Had a post work breakfast with my girl friends. Food was great. The service was marvelous. Highly recommended

A Perfect Spot for Brunch Lovers!
This brunch place is a hidden gem! The sausage was juicy and full of flavor, and the bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. But the real star of the meal was the pancake — hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet.

If you’re looking for a cozy place to enjoy a satisfying brunch, this spot definitely won’t disappoint. I’ll be coming back for those pancakes again soon!

It used to be home to one of my favorite spots where I would warm up with a bowl of soup — and now I come to Crispy Heaven for their amazing breakfasts and incredibly light, fluffy bread.

Even the cheese they use is somehow extra delicious!
Whenever I don’t know where to go for breakfast, I come here — because I know it will be both delicious and cozy every single time.

Crispy Heaven Bakery stands out in the NYC area for its exceptional bread, butter, and jam. The bread's crispy exterior gives way to a soft, palatable interior. The lemon ricotta pancakes are replete with flavor and extremely tasty. The homemade fruits are a highlight, and I enjoyed them immensely, even taking some from my son to enjoy with my bread and butter. The sausage plate is another standout. I purchased some bread to take home and expect to return soon. Very soon.

We got their bread sampler, baguette sandwiches, and some other items.

If we’re talking just about the food their baguette is good, especially when paired with jam and butter. The rest of the items were just okay to us, edible, but nothing special. The baguette sandwiches were very hard to chew and didn’t have much flavor.

Also, the seating area is very cramped if there’s a table behind you, it’s hard for anyone to get in or out comfortably.

As for customer service, it was worse than just okay. They didn’t take ownership of the mistakes they made and only tried to make up for it after being called out and asked directly, TWICE. What happened was our friends ordered 5–10 minutes ahead of us and didn’t get their food until we were almost done eating. They placed their order at the same time we ordered shareable dishes, so it really didn’t make sense. The staff didn’t acknowledge the issue until we brought it up, and even then, they tried to defend themselves which was honestly just a JOKE. Eventually they gave 10% off and a gluten free dessert to make it up. SO KIND.

Not the kind of experience we were hoping for. Not sure if they know how to do their business LOL

Their Instagram page says they’re relocating. Hopefully will reopen soon!

Ordered here from DoorDash consistently over the last 6 months. Amazing sandwiches, especially the ham & butter on baguette.

A bakery and restaurant that has been ranked number one for baguettes for many years. There is nothing wrong with the bread variety. In particular, the baguette is crispy, moist, and chewy!

I had a ham & butter sandwich and a Wagyu spicy sandwich, and they were delicious, but I was a little disappointed with the taste of the baguette as it was closing. I feel like it would have been more perfect if I had eaten a freshly baked baguette in the morning. In particular, Wagyu is expensive.

Ham & Butter is a cold sandwich and Wagyu Spicy is a warm sandwich. However, as much as I came here, I regret not being able to fully enjoy the baguette flavor rather than the sandwich. I recommend stopping by if you're nearby, but the location is difficult to find while traveling.

We’ve had brunch and dinner here. Such amazing food, and OMG their breads are to die for! So heavenly light but perfect crispiness on the outside. The best breads compare shops in Paris or any other city I’ve been to in the U.S. You’ve never had great bread if you don’t dip a buttered slice into your bowl of soup.
The staff are so nice and considerate, beautiful atmosphere. I love Crispy Heaven!!! I can’t wait to see them at their new location!

Great place for a hearty breakfast. Let's start with the smell of freshly baked bread that greets you at the entrance. The place is rural, the waitresses wear a colorful scarf on their heads. Informal atmosphere. Huge portions. Two portions were enough for three people and there was still food left over. It was exceptionally delicious.
