My best friend and I were spending my birthday at the hotel, which was a wonderful stay and we had breakfast in the hotel at the Crossroads Restaurant because of a $30.00 meal credit. We ventured to the buffet and it was just excellent. The buffet had a very nice selection of foods such as scrambled eggs, pancakes, French Toast, bacon, sausage, potatoes and a nice variety of fresh fruits and pastries. The Cinnamon Orange French Toast is excellent and so full of flavor. The pastries were still warm when I bit into them. The service was very nice and very quick with hot tea and orange juice. Even during COVID, everyone was very civil and nice and the restaurant must have been renovated when the hotel was closed because it looked brand new and more modern.

The food was ok but the service was horrible, we had Amy as our waitres the food took 45 mins to come out Amy was not great and im being very kind the whole time we waited for food she only came by once ( about 30 mins after she took our order ) i wont be back to this restaurant. I think they need to teach their employees a little bit of customer service.

We were staying in the hotel and ate here twice since we had to use our daily credit somewhere. The portions are very large and could actually be split. The honey hot chicken sandwhich was amazing (our son had it) as was the Vegan Bean Burger. Don't forget the great view over TImes Square.

I decided to go with the Matinee buffet that is only served on Saturday. There was a nice variety of food that included salads, soup, beef, chicken and salmon which was a little dry. The desserts were yummy and quite a variety. Overall the ambiance and service was very good.

Does the lady who runs around and barks orders have a second agenda? Terrible service, unwelcoming atmosphere and the food is unremarkable. Will be speaking directly to reps at JW Marriott as we are Titanium members and got treated like dog crap.
