The staff is friendly. Depending on what time you go, you're usually in and out quickly. But I have seen lines that reach the corner. You can't go wrong with a milk chocolate chip cookie

The only people who might think these cookies taste good are ones who've never had a home baked cookie before. Cheap ingredients, taste like a cross between an Archway cookie and Pillsbury sugar cookie dough you buy at the supermarket. Inedible crap. I tossed mine in the garbage after 2 bites. Never again!

Came in right before 3pm. The dude at the counter with a very sassy attitude told me they were closed. Everyone outside the store was holding a Crumbl box. Had to drive past the location an hour later and they were open with people standing in line… Seemed very rude and that they just didn’t feel like serving me. And for that I will hope this location fails. Never been treated like this at Insomnia.

A place to treat our little ones. We ordered a pack of 6 cookies to bring to Spain with no expectations that they would arrive whole in the suitcase and surprisingly they arrived perfect 😃 (later I realized that they could be carried in your hand to take them on the plane as a personal item) 😉 They gave them to us warm and newly decorated. Just don't expect much sympathy from the employees 🙄
