My husband and I made the long drive yesterday (2 1/2 hrs each way) from upstate NY to visit our daughter in NYC just for the day. While strolling around her neighborhood we came upon your lovely bakery and cafe and after eyeing the beautiful carrot cake in the window, we had to go in. Carrot cake is my favorite sweet treat. There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊

This is my favorite coffee/pastry shop in my neighborhood. The cakes/pastries are delicious and baked daily. Lots of variety too, including savory -their parmesan / leek pastry is to die for. Oh, and don't get me started on their chocolate vanilla cake which I took to an event where everyone raved about it!

Awesome little bakery with enormous slices of cake. I really do mean enormous, pretty much a cake in 1 slice. Try the coconut, it was delicious. Only criticism, I had a crossant kinda late in the day. It wasn’t great, and it was kinda pricey, but again it was probably sitting there all day so not really a fair assessment.

We ordered a chocolate cake with ganache frosting for my partner’s birthday, and he said that it’s possible that this was the most delicious chocolate cake he has ever had in his life. The texture of cake, plus the soft ganache made the perfect chocolate cake not too sweet, yet it seemed like it was baked by a grandmama! Also the owners were incredibly flexible with all the customizations we want it!

Best coffee ever! Normally I am a basic black coffee drinker but today I wanted a little something unique. Crumbly’s Dirty Chai Latte is worth coming from all corners of the city to enjoy. The barista was super friendly, very helpful and made my coffee with care and passion.

I never leave reviews but I really wanted to share because I’ve never ordered a custom cake like this before so I was super nervous but everyone at Crumbly was SOOO nice and responsive and made me the most beautiful perfect cake I could’ve ever imagined!!! I had a photo reference of a similar cake but wanted the shape to be different and they did AMAZING!! Look at these photos!! The color of the cake could not have been more perfect like every single color was down to the perfect shade!! You could tell they really love what they do and it took the time to create this cake with care and love and didn’t see it as a quick job!! I am so so so thankful for everyone working at crumbly and I will be ordering many many more!! Thank you thank you thank you!! Also not only was the cake beautiful it was DELICIOUS :D so win win win all around <3 :)

Any time I walk my sister’s dog on the UES, I make sure I stop here for a piece of crumb cake (best I’ve ever had) and a puppucino for the dog. This gave me the idea to use this place for my engagement party and they did an AMAZING job. I’ll be going with Crumbly and their UES location for all of my dessert needs in the future. My son's first birthday officially came around and I was not ready for it. However, the cake made by Mia and Miriam put the biggest smile on my face and made me tear up with joy the moment I saw it. All I asked for was a car theme/ vanilla chocolate cake and let them get creative. I was more than ready to celebrate this huge milestone, to say the least, with how memorable they made his cake??? Highly recommend this bakery for your next party! Beautiful AND delicious cakes! Thank you so much, to everyone at Crumbly for being so amazing always! We all loved it so much we didnt want to cut the cutest part hahaha????
