My family has been enjoying cuchifritos for as long as I can remember & im turning 36 this year ! 😫anyways we haven’t been to a cuchifritos in a min cause we’re from nj . My family is from nyc so we’d get cuchifritos when in nyc . Today we got some cause we was in nyc . We bough so many frituras we spend $101 . Insane but worth it .

The only thing i dont like it is since covid they don't have seats inside. I don't know if was the city that prohibited but it will be good have seats again. I visited NYC every year for the last 17 years and always stop there. Love the food is 10 stars for me.

The food was incredibly delicious and lots of great selections. It's a hot food bar so there is no waiting. I even was surprised to find something I never tried from PR. Only thing missing are actual seats to eat at the dinning counter. There are just the stubs for the seat

Food may be good service is terrible these people that work there are so nasty and rude . Especially the young lady who works there. These people will tell you they don’t have something and it’s be right behind them where you can see.. I never been to a restaurant where you spend money and they give you what they want. And then if you don’t order in Spanish they’re very prejudice. This guy order a chicken and got 5 sauces and Hand full of lemons. I order 3 complex meals and asked for lemons on the side and I get told to go to the grocery store to buy them. Is that how you talk to your customers? It’s sick and the owner should really know about this behavior!

I really loved the delicious food, especially the whole chicken, which was fantastic! However, I noticed that the steak was cut up in a way that was a bit surprising and didn't quite meet my expectations. I believe the seasonings could really shine with a tad more flavor. I also think there's an opportunity for improvement in service when ordering through DoorDash. If the staff could pay closer attention to customer notes and reach out for clarifications, I’m sure the overall experience would be exceptional! They have so much potential, and by embracing customer feedback, they can only enhance the wonderful meals they already serve. I'm excited to see how they grow!
