Experience was MID. staff is extremely unfriendly and the yogurt isn’t so great.
Overrated and pricey
Coming from Europe, this felt overrated. But I can understand the appreciation on the natural taste. It was not too sweet !
Yummy!! 3-5 days their are new flavors but you can always anticipate good quality ingredients and full commitment to flavor! Pear ginger hit the nail on the head - delicious! Long line but worth it!
Not worth the wait. At all. Disorganized, broken machines, out of almost everything and simply vile pumpkin pie flavored yogurt. The oatmeal raisin cookie crumbs, onthe other hand, delish.
The best, most addictive frozen yogurt probably in the world. I can't even eat ice cream anymore, I just trek over here. Worth the wait even when there's a line. I hope they open a location in the wast village, I'd be there damn near every day
Best frozen yogurt in NYC. Tastes super fresh, service is quick, yogurt is high quality. It is expensive, but I think the price is reflected in the quality of the yogurt.
did not understand the hype, I prefer pinkberry
This is my favorite frozen yogurt shop!! Staff is always so nice even when the place is packed and their yogurt always tastes so fresh!!
Really tasty and worth the hype, but I don’t know if it’s worth the price tag! A small for over $10 feels excessive. However, you can tell it’s high quality and it sure was tasty!

Pretty good froyo! Very yogurt tasting though.
We liked the original with dark chocolate chips and the blueberry froyo!
We were all disappointed with this frozen yogurt! I always love a tart original flavor but was too tart. Would be good for lunch or a snack but not a dessert!
Good yogurt and lots of topping options! A bit expensive (we paid $10 for a small with toppings), but a fun treat. Don’t let the appearance of soft serve fool you though - this definitely tastes like yogurt, even more so than some other frozen yogurt places. The biscoff cookie flavor is good!
Best frozen yogurt I have had bar none depth of flavor wilin
