What a found … We were there a week ago and found it by coincidence… well food was yummy yummy delicious. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Curry and Baked Curry (house special). Absolutely delicious and our server KASS was very pleasant and quick to help.We will definitely go back when in that part of NYC.

Quick service, tasty pork katsu curry.Katsu was fresh, crispy and crunchy.Curry had good flavour and spice. A bit on the sweet side (maybe because of the addition of tomatoes? Not sure), but still creamy and delicious.Beautiful décor and ambiance with more affordable NY eats.

Overflowing square sake glasses, cheesy gyozas, and great ramen, all for a cheap price. What else do you need?Hidden gem in the East Village that’s small but mighty. Is it the best ramen you’ll ever have in your life? Probably no. But will you have a great time and be getting great service at a great deal? Yes, you will. I plan to return.

We were on our way to a sushi restaurant but we couldn’t help but spell the ramen from all the way down the street so we decided to check it out. The service was really good and the food was delicious.

A good place to eat tasty ramen in NY at a great price.I advise you to book as the place inside is small (but very nice), otherwise you risk being placed in the "room" (a kind of booth) which is located on the street right in front of the restaurant. Very spartan and cramped booth which however fulfills its functions well.Good food. The only negative note is the fried chicken as the raw material seemed old and not well cooked.Excellent service.

I was here on saturday with my partner around 5PM for some delicious katsu... the atmosphere was amazing and the food was great... however... unfortunately there was a hair in my partner's chicken katsu. It wasn't on top, but in between the breading, so it definitely wasn't hers or mine. We didn't complain or anything... Didn't want to cause a scene or ruin our days with anger, but she was unfortunately not able to finish her meal. The place is great and the food is good, but they might need to double check to ensure nothing unintended goes in. Really a shame.

the food was very average. the takoyaki has a strange tough exterior. the chicken katsu was pretty oily and the curry was nothing special. it’s fine if you’re in the area but in terms of katsu i much prefer katsu hama.they do give free shot of sake or calpico if you make a reservation though.

The service is really bad. The people ask me to get out because my two other friends ordered food. I did not. Their face is bad. DO NOT COME HERE TO EAT. I WISH THEM CLOSE PERMANENTLY.

My friends and I had a great time here. Dai really took care of us and the food was amazing. The ambiance of the restaurant is fun but not too loud. The sake selection was great and the small plates and entrees were delicious and large enough to share between 4 hungry adults. My favorite dish was the baked curry. It was buttery, cheesy, and rich without being overwhelming. The pickles served on the side were so good that we had to ask for more.Final verdict: take some friends who appreciate good sake and good food and go have a great time.
