First time here visiting NY and this place exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing and the servers were so attentive and professional. The food was delicious as well. Everything about this place was just so great and will definitely bring my family next time I visit. The food was delicious. The pasta felt so fresh and it was amazing, but the service left a lot to say. First everyone was getting service except for us, our first waiter gave us water then left and it took like 15 minutes for another waiter to ask what we wanted to order. The food came really quick and at first we got someone else’s order, but the waiter noticed after a while and came back to give us our right orders. We then asked for tiramisu which never came. We came to celebrate a birthday and got a dessert with a candle which was nice but it was a different dessert which we got charged for so at least it would’ve been great for them to at least give us the tiramisu we asked if we were gonna get charged. Then the table next to us got complementary dessert for the mix up of the orders but we didn’t. Not sure if I’d be back.
