Usually love coming here and enjoy hot pot fairly often, but my friend and I both ended up with stomachaches after our meal. look up at your bill, BTW Be careful the staff here are sneaky, they will secretly add a service charge to your bill without telling you and try to make you pay double. Not coming back.
Do not enter! No Sichuan person with tiny bit of self- respect would voluntarily ever give this place more than one star.
I don’t know what’s going on with this restaurant but if you see the good reviews you need to know that that’s not true. The veg material was not fresh and the critical hot pot material (meat, tripe) was overcooked. This is fundamental mistake to anyone cooking hot pot material. It’s total disrespect to the food as well as the customer. The service was non-existent. It was one of my favorite go-to spot. it’s sad to see that the management was not trying to maintain its reputation at all.
The store is hidden on a 2nd floor. But the environment is great. Material is fresh and services are just proper attentive. My kiddo's preferred hotpot place. Will revisit next time in town.
If I can put negative star, I will. The food there is horrible, the meat is not fresh, four people went there and all got food poisoning afterwards. $300 worth of food and everything tasted disgusting. Do not go there.
The food is overpriced for what you get — small portions and just average quality. Never coming back
Personally I didn't feel like the food was worth the high cost compared to the surrounding restaurant. About 50USD a person
The price is bit high
Solid Szechuan hot pot at the heart of buzzing NYC Chinatown. Everything was pretty good but we’ve had better hotpot before.
Such a great hot spot place. And they are knowledgeable about gluten free and helpful in determining what can and cannot be ordered (though be sure to bring your own tamari if you want soy sauce). I’ve been here a few times and always have left very full and very happy
Awesome food! Be sure to get a server thats willing to help with the menu!

Great hot pot. When they say hot, they mean hot. Fair warning. 🥵😂. Great meal, great atmosphere, attentive service, all in all a good meal.
We went for lunch right after the store opened. The ingredients were not fresh at all. The scallops were still frozen when they were served. The portion was small, especially the duck gizzards, which were definitely leftovers from the night before. I felt uncomfortable in my stomach before I even walked out of the store. There was too much MSG in the mushroom soup, and the spicy pot tasted okay. Anyway, I won't come again, so disappointment
Amazing place, service was fast and the beef tongue was tonguing
Ordered delivery via Grubhub and got the beef mala tang with few additions. I’ve been to this restaurant before when it first opened. They’re known for their spicy butter hot pot, which was really spicy even at the lowest spice level. I was glad they were available for delivery since I was craving mala tang on a chilly night. It hit the spot and portion size was big. It came with ingredients to make your own dip but wish they also gave chili oil. The food was still warm when I got it and enjoyed it with a glass of beer.
Great hot pot. I really liked the pork broth
