My favorite Italian spot in NY! Not only were the entrees delicious but the apps and dessert were 10/10. I recommend the crab butter oysters, pb&j bombolone, artichokes, agnolotti, duck pappardelle, and cheesecake!
I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. The atmosphere is cozy, and we enjoyed sitting at the chef's counter. We started with the prosciutto di Parma, which was generously topped with Parmesan cheese--an addition that seemed unnecessary. I would recommend skipping the PB&J Bombolone; it's an odd concept, with a hamburger-like filling of foie gras mixed with peanut butter and jelly, which may not appeal...
