Always exceptional food and normally service. First time there for lunch and service was slow even though only one other table there. Great ambience at night but daytime was very bland but still overall the best Italian in the city
What looks like an old-time hidden Italian restaurant with a modest painted sign below the store front, turns out to be an excellent Italian restaurant with excellent food. This was at least the fourth time (in the last year) we were here and we found the food as delicious as before. We had the rigatoni with sausage, the trout with almonds, the papardella with artichokes & mushrooms and the rigatoni bolognese (rigatoni of the day). Previously we had the ravioli with squash....
