This is still one of the best restaurants in all of New York City. We have been dining here for years and the service, food and ambiance is always exquisite. It is our go to place, worth every penny. The staff is so welcoming and the food is always superb! Start to finish, top notch. Highly, highly recommend!
Food very good. Bucatini a little overcooked but still good. Chicken special was tasty. Roasted veggies excellent. Where this Restaraunt stands out is the service. EXCELLENT! Panne cotta desert was a little heavy.
Food was so-so. Two of our dishes were overcooked. The octopus was a sad portion that was overcooked. The bone-in veal chop was tasty but totallly overcooked. The carpaccio and truffle ravioli were really good. It felt like they were really rushing us. We could barely drink a sip of wine before they were pouring more. Was that good service or them trying to turn a table quickly???! Not sure.
