I cannot comprehend waiting 45 minutes for a to-go sandwich with 100% uncooked ingredients. At a certain point you need to stop taking food orders, or at least warn customers of the wait.
Will not be coming back. Order at your own risk.
Absolutely nothing special place. Avocado toast was with mediocre gluten free bread. They also sent me to wait for my order and never called me. After I went checking on it they again sent me away while it was literally sitting on the counter. Bad service, bad food. Avocado toast at Le Pain Quaditien is much more impressive and with a wonderful gluten free bread.

Found this place near the office on a business trip. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was great. I am going back for a second time in a row!

Drip coffee misses the mark. Too bad. Barista only option unless they bring it up a couple notches.
Maybe Danny Meyer had a point with his no tipping policy. I ordered an iced hibiscus tea and it took way longer than it should ever have taken for an order that gets poured into a cup from a dispenser. I regretted leaving that tip. Whether they were busy or whatever, you really shouldn’t just ignore orders for walk-ins, especially if it’s just 1 drink. There’s no excuse to make customers wait over 10 minutes for a single drink that’s not even being customized.

I don't understand why this place can't make enough crullers. They are always sold out when I go.
This was once a quality chain. Something has changed, possibly greed. The cheese has changed since they originally opened. Currently it tastes like white American cheese, it used to have a clean taste that wasnt overly salty.
The wake up sauce is watered down and red, it used to be a creamy orange color.
The cruellers, once shapely and fluffy, have become a flat bread monstrosity.
Was once a staple, has dropped in quality to something that is cheap and not a reflection of their initially great establishment.
Coffee is still good. Lol
Also, the rotisserie chicken is gross, have received several undercooked chicks.
Again, once was great... no idea what has changed.

With every bite into the $6 cruller donut, you get a little splash of oil in your mouth.
On top of that, there’s a very long wait time - it seems like the shop is empty but they’re fulfilling many online orders, so you end up waiting for your food much longer than if you sat down at a restaurant.

I used to come here all the time and absolutely loved the egg sandwich. I recently went and the sandwich was a disappointment. It was served lukewarm and the cheese wasn’t even freshly melted. It looks like the sandwich was just re-heated and premade. Unfortunate when you’re paying $10 for it. I’m a huge fan of this establishment and I hope they address the quality — otherwise it looks like they’re just trying to make a buck and not prioritizing their customer’s satisfaction.

Very Cute. Its a small space with seating inside and out. The staff is lovely. A solo venture or quick catch up...this is perfect.

Lousy coffee. Great atmosphere for meeting etc. the focus seems to be on being a rendezvous joint. Coffee is atrocious and quickly made to deal with the lines. I so wish all these gushing reviews were accurate about food and drinks first

It’s not easy finding a quick spot in New York that checks all the boxes—clean, high-quality food, warm service, and a cute vibe—but Daily Provisions nailed it.
We ordered the Caesar salad with salmon, and it was perfect. Think crispy chickpeas, a soft egg, kale, Parmesan, and a creamy anchovy dressing that actually tasted like anchovy—in the best way. The grilled cheese was buttery, golden, and exactly what you want it to be. Brussels sprouts were a great side, crisp and flavorful without being oily.
Shoutout to Atiana and the team for being so kind and welcoming. There’s indoor seating, and the space feels calm and modern without trying too hard. We’ll be back.

I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was so soft!
