The food is very good here but the staff is wayyyy too overwhelmed. I received my food order after 40 minutes of waiting. They were in such a rush to hand out orders that my salad spilled from its container. Very disappointed, I hope they have better management in the future to handle orders. I will not be ordering my weekday lunches here until then.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really used to love Daily Provisions and wanted to share some honest feedback as a once longtime regular.

I’ve been going to both the Cobble Hill and Flatiron locations pretty often — mainly for the chai and food. Lately though, the chai has been tasting really watered down, and especially with the added charge for alternative milk, it doesn’t really feel worth it.
