Rude and disrespectful staff, long wait, and low quality food

Could be the worst experience of any breakfast place I have ever been to. If you have 45 min to wait for a coffee and an egg and cheese, and a severely understaffed restaurant - it’s clear the owners do not care about their customers. They have enough foot traffic to not give a care about having a horrendous in store experience.

I waited 45 min for this stale egg and cheese - to then be told “I’m sorry nothing we can do!”

Generously portioned matcha latte, and a tasty albeit somewhat simple avocado toast with extra smoked salmon.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT ! I’m here to tell you this place is very DIRTY!and loves to overcharge their customers for POOR quality food. Many things come frozen.they use their hands to serve the food when they are suppose to use scoop which also mains you not getting you correct portions your paying for. The oil and the equipment is GROSS thick greasy gunk over the ovens on the ovens don’t even look under the station it’s DISGUSTING! IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE ! THEY CROSS CONTAMINATE A LOT! Gluten free bread they put on a cutting board that has gluten on it then use a knife that had gluten on it and don’t change there gloves often, keep in mind they are serving the food with there hands so you would think they would change there gloves more! The temperature in that kitchen is a hazard to the food and the staff there have been no air conditioning for two going on three years. There times the food wasn’t in temp and they stood open serving everything on ice . They also had contaminated water and STOOD OPEN SERVING PEOPLE ! All the dishes and everything was washed with that water that they knew was not clear and clean to be served with .health department randomly came and that’s when they closed for one day cause they was forced to .YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE THIS IS THE REASON WHY WE DIDNT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! THIS COMPANY WORK WITH DISNEY WANNER BROTHER AND MAJOR CELEBRITIES THEY HAVE THE MONEY AND REFUSE TO FIX ANYTHING!The video you see is the ceiling right above all the food they serve the guest as you can see it’s vents so all that debris is snowing on the food !!!!! The staff are always high smoke vapes and thc pens In the walk-in fridge keep in mind that where they store the food for the restaurant to serve.THEY ARE DISGUSTING INSIDE AND OUT THEY DONT DO THE FOOD WITH LOVE AND CARE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY ! AND ONE LAST THING THE PRICE FOR CATERING IS OVER PRICED PORTIONS ARE NOT WORTH IT AND THEY RUSH IT AGAIN ! EVERYTHING IS DONE SLOPPY HERE! Very sad company has potential but they don’t care about there store and equipment conditions and staff!

Cool little shop. Pastries are excellent, I love the crullers. The hot chocolate, however, was honestly terrible. Not hot and barely tasted like chocolate. Skip that on your visit.

Daily Provisions, could you please somehow organize the line of people who wait for tables?
Even if someone arrives earlier, others might rush to grab a table. I don’t want to fight for a table, so could you make the process more fair?

I’ve stopped ordering here despite the food being quite good when done right, because the inconsistency is frustrating. Every 4th or 5th time I order the chicken Milanese sandwich, the breading is burnt, making the sandwich bitter and unappetizing. For an $18 sandwich, this is unacceptable.

What’s even more frustrating is that it seems like they know when the food is burnt—those are the only times the sandwich is cut, presumably to check if the burning has affected the chicken itself. While the chicken is usually just slightly dry, the charred breading ruins the experience.

When the sandwich is properly prepared, it’s excellent, but the frequency of mistakes and lack of quality control has turned me away. I hope they address this inconsistency because the potential for great food is there. There are other dishes I've had there less frequently that are also tasty, but given this is the most frequent item I order it makes the whole place a no go for me.

Was walking around this part of town and stopped by for a bite. It was very busy at the time which was fine because the food came out fast. Ordered a simple salad which was fantastic. Only issue was that the space was a bit untidy with the people traffic - bits of napkins and straw covers here and there

I don't understand these breakfast places that discriminate against people that don't eat pork just because I don't eat pork doesn't mean I don't eat chicken or turkey or something like that so I'm forced to just have an egg and cheese sandwich with no meat it's horrible

Overpriced and mediocre tasting. I ordered the chickpea vegetable sandwich and i was told I can’t even substitute the bread. It’s a cold and tasteless sandwich, and the person taking the order was a bit strange (it’s completely possible that substitution might be allowed, but this guy wouldn’t have it.) This tasteless sandwich cost me over $16 with tax and tip. Save your money for tastier places.

Ordered an avocado toast, added salmon and egg this morning.
5-10 minutes later the person who took my order informs me that they are out of avocado. While I saw a pile of avocados on the kitchen counter when the bypass door opened.
It took them another 5 minutes to refund me.
I would expect the place like this one to be better prepared and have better communication between the front end and the kitchen. The place opens at 7:00 AM. Avocado toast is on the breakfast menu. You would expect the restaurant to have all ingredients ready by 7:45AM, or at least know what they don’t have, and not to waste customers time. Offering a free cup of coffee as a compensation for inconvenience or a different breakfast option would have added more credit to the place. And keep the place cleaner please.
