I left an funeral and needed somewhere to eat. I walked down the street and saw this restaurant. The food is really good but what's better is the hospitality. The people who worked there are AMAZING. I will be back and will be referring this restaurant to all my friends.

I tried a new breakfast place in my neighborhood and I was hoping for a wonderful experience and I was a bit disappointed. The atmosphere is a sit down cafe style establishment and the decor is minimal and the seating was a random set of small tables with a fold up one and an outdoor table with mesh holes in the top like it was made for a backyard which was the table I was at. The service was excellent and the food came promptly. The food was mostly great except for the grits....

Absolutely great. The food is so delicious. A lot of the reviews rave about breakfast, which is great. But the lunch is also fantastic. Some of the dishes immediately brought to mind my mom and grandmother who were both amazing cooks. The warm and friendly atmosphere is the cherry on top. I’m reluctant to leave the glowing review it deserves because I don’t want the secret to get out. This little unassuming place is a gem. Shhhh!
