Our first place to eat upon arrivalThe food was relatively good, the advantage was the wings fried in bacon, so the taste was good, huge and not seasonedThe drinks are amazing in taste and presentationThe remaining things can be eaten but not seasonedHuge portions! But it's fast foodService Polite but not able to keep up with the number of customersAtmosphere - eat quickly and move on quickly

Great location for the café with a spacious dining hall ambiance. Delicious food served in generous portions, but the interior feels outdated due to its crowded atmosphere.

Super cool atmosphere to eat in Times Square. The staff is super helpful and friendly. You don't necessarily need to make a reservation if you're eating with 1-4 people, the restaurant is really big and there are enough seats.Food is typical American style. Top.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator.

Ordered cod sliders, brisket sliders and crispy chicken wings boneless. The brisket sliders were decent but could have used more tangy sauce. The cod sliders were disappointing. Felt like it was frozen fish. The boneless chicken wings used dark and white meat; that was unusual. Didn't add more flavor. The server was nice however the service was incredibly slow. From the DFW area visiting NYC, that's not how bbq is done- sorry.

It was okay. Kaleigh helped us and she was nice. Did feel a bit over the top to pay $80 for some wings and drinks.

I took the quarter chicken. Fries don’t taste very good, chicken and cornbread are dry. Very good portion for the price (very affordable).

This was my first time here. it came highly recommend. The customer service was pretty good it took a minute for the waitress to come over.I ordered a mixture of things off the menu. We did the Angry shrimp and crab cake and shrimp appetizer ( do not recommend either). They were not fresh and breaded so thick. i highly recommend the sticky ribs I wasn't a fan of the Hennessy flavor. The Caesar salad was fresh and big. I would order it again. The alcoholic beverages were good. I had the henny Colada and it was well worth the money. it was a nice size and very flavorful. The ambiance was nice.

My wife was raving about Dallas BBQ in Time Square, so she brought me out to see what my thoughts were and being from the home of BBQ (Texas) that is I was more than ready to jump at the opportunity to indulge. And I must say from the time we were seated to the service of our food it was most definitely a delightful experience. The service was great from my man Eddie ( he should get a raise by the way) to our meal with the delicious half baked chicken and the Hennessey chicken wings I must say the experience was an overall good experience.

We had dinner here tonight. Our group of 9 ordered multiple plates and shared. Baby back ribs were moist and tender. Hot wings were delicious. But the sticky Hennessy wings were too salty and not worth the money. Bulldog and pina coladas were on point.

Always a reliable place to eat. The Pina Coladas are THE BEST. It's usually busy here so expect a crowd. Food comes quickly and staff is always kind. I had the angry & crispy shrimp. Nothing to rave about but not horrible. The Mac N Cheese is good and the cornbread is a nostalgic favorite of mine. Either way this is a great place to have family dinner if you're looking for something quick and relatively affordable. As I mentioned I highly recommend the virgin Pina Colada with strawberry flavor ( it's the best thing on the menu ).
