The waiter was lovely. The wings are really good, best ones in the city so far. A true WING! A fun bar spot with college vibes for a quick bite and beer. The sides were terrible, fried too hard too fast and a waste of money. You can't order a 20 piece with different flavors so I had to order 5 piece individually instead; that's not wong culture! You can ALWAYS split flavors! And for the price, it should not cost extra. Also, I think they should have a hostess/cleaner and waitress on staff at all times. She was serving us, taking out the trash and sweeping. Very nice and attentive lady, I wanted to help her because it was unsanitary. I chose to wait for her to finish with the trash before I asked for something else because she would stop mid trash to help others. For such a high traffic area, it doesn't matter how the crowd fluctuates, it should be 2 people out front. I took off a star for the mozzarella sticks and onion rings which were crispy outside and undercooked inside and another because they were understaffed.

Despite living far, I've become a regular. I'm puzzled by what others disliked about this place. Care this thorough is increasingly rare. Tasty creations with attentive staff in an inviting setting. I'd visit again with enthusiasm.

Clear your plans and get to this restaurant immediately. Restaurant personnel maintained impeccable standards throughout. Every selection was a winner with our table. Every dish I tried was fresh and had great flavor. The service was outstanding.

I got the lunch combo which is supposed to be $14.99, but rings up 16.99 and gives you 2 dollars off, but then charges 2 dollars of taxes so it is still a $17 lunch for 5 wingettes and fries - less than a block away you can get 5 full size wings and 2 sides for the same price. For a store that was dirt empty at lunch, it's not meeting it's communities appeal or price range. I let the cashier know that I probably wouldn't be back here, after it took her too a bit to figure out how that all made sense !

Wings were delicious! Dan the owner was so attentive in accommodating our order on a very
busy Super Bowl night and went above and beyond to make sure we got our order. Highly recommend!

The boneless wings were very hard like a rock. They were nice enough to give an extra wing, but not a right combo with blue cheese. It feels like a depressing school lunch table just with sports tvs on, and everyone in their own corner.

They need a double door … As patrons enter or exit. The wind is cooling your food and most importantly getting you cold.

I came to Dan’s and John’s Wing Place with high expectations due to all the rave reviews, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. The lemon pepper wings were overly salty, which made them hard to enjoy. The hot sauce had good flavor, but the wings themselves were soggy, even though I specifically asked for them to be cooked crispy. The mozzarella sticks were another letdown—no satisfying cheese pull and just average overall. While the hype had me excited, I’ve had much better wings elsewhere. This spot was just okay at best.
