Wanted a Gill-laté but they did not have condensed milk, so I had a cappuccino instead. For a $5 coffee, it was just ok. Place is very clean.

The latte was burnt. Burned my mouth and they couldn’t hand me the brioche with the correct filling. Ended up leaving with the wrong one. And the place isn’t inexpensive. I tried calling them with the number through google listed but it is a fax. I emailed. Will see if any response.

As a frequent customer of this store, I never thought I'd be writing a review of this abysmal customer service that I experienced. Unfortunately, my most recent visit at 3 pm left me utterly disappointed and frustrated, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Despite being a familiar face to the staff and having ordered their acai bowls numerous times before, I was met with shocking indifference from the man who often stands at the front counter. I approached the counter politely and asked for my usual acai bowl, a request that should have been straightforward. To my astonishment, the man flatly refused to make anything for me.What made this experience even more infuriating was the fact that I could see all the ingredients for the acai bowl ready to be prepared right behind him. It was clear that he was fully capable of making it but chose not to. It's disheartening to witness such laziness and apathy from a person who I encounter daily at the register.Customer service should be the cornerstone of any business, especially one that relies on repeat customers. It is inexcusable to treat loyal patrons with such disregard. Even if the man had a legitimate reason for not serving me, he should have communicated it professionally and courteously. Instead, he left me feeling disrespected and undervalued.Furthermore, it's important to note that I have witnessed the other hardworking employees at this store consistently prepare acai bowls for customers without any hesitation. This stark contrast in service between the diligent workers and the individual in question only highlights the extent of the problem. It's baffling that while some employees uphold the standards of good customer service, others seem disinterested in meeting the basic expectations of their role. This inconsistency further underscores the need for urgent improvement in the overall service quality at this establishment.I have been a regular customer of this store, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I want to continue patronizing it. It's clear that there are serious issues with the customer service at this establishment with one particular member, and I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to rectify him. As for me, I will be exploring other options where my loyalty and patronage are genuinely appreciated.

Wanted to like this place because I thought it looked cute but I was super disappointed. Here are all the things that made this experience terrible:(1) when I walked in, the person behind the counter was looking down at their phone. I waited an actual whole 20 seconds before I decided to break the ice and say hello first (count 20 seconds and you'll realize just how long this is). How do you not greet a customer or even have a clue someone just walked into your establishment?? (2) I got an iced latte and from the first sip I could tell this coffee just wasn't it. Either they use super dark roast, the beans aren't fresh, or the shot they used was burnt. It was not a good latte.(3) the space was just janky in general. It looked cute in photos but something about the joint seemed dirty and similar to what I'd expect of a New York City subway. If there are flies, and chunky ones at that, buzzing around a place that serves food & drinks, that is not a good sign. What confirms my feelings about this place is that I told my partner, when I got home, about my experience here and they knew exactly what cafe I was talking about before I even named it. Turns out they had a similar experience too of the space and drinks made here months ago. Not planning on coming back here unless all the other cafes happen to close their doors on the same day and this becomes the only option. Even then, I'll probably skip this place.

Delicious latte and great pasty selection! Baristas are really nice and there are a few small tables to take a seat inside

Good coffee, decent prices. Nice place to sit. It was perfect for a very casual meeting. They’re very friendly. The music is kinda loud.

A small shop with several indoor seats, I love how they still do the design for the store and actually makes it look amazing a bigger! I ordered an ice latte and it was really good as well as the price. I work close by and this will be my coffee place for sure!

I ordered ice matcha with honey it’s amazing. Matcha is supposed to be unsweetened if you don’t ask for anything sweet to be added then don’t complain that it taste like water.

The worst matcha I ever had. Taste like warm watery milk. ?

I’m rating 4 stars because I’ve been coming here for a year consistently and, for the most part, everything is great. I have a feeling, however, that there are some trickle-down issues from the ownership. Lots of management/staff turnover and lack of consistency recently. My order has been wrong a few times lately. The cheese on my breakfast sandwich has always been cheddar, until a couple weeks ago it was white cheddar (totally fine) and this morning it was American (hopefully not the new norm). The current staff is very friendly and I believe they all want to do a good job. There’s just lack of organization that I imagine is top-down. I hope the owners can start better supporting their staff and lead this place back to worthy of a 5-star rating.

I used to love that place and stop there every morning before work as the staff is cool and place is cute. But lately for the past week to be precise. I order my usual matcha latte with vanilla syrup. I request in a large cup and always agree on paying extra since you guys mentioned you can only do it in small/ medium cup. Now where it is not right, is to don’t fill up the large cup I paid extra for and don’t add the syrup neither while it’s all watery and so hot I burned my tongue. I don’t even come at rush hour which sometimes might justify the lack of making an order correctly. But guys if you don’t want to do it . Just don’t put it on the menu. Moral. Just check your cup before leaving the place otherwise you will get them half full for paying full price and everything lately if hot as hell so undrinkable.

I came here on a weekend afternoon. It's a completely fine coffee shop. They have all the standard drinks and coffee shop pastries for a reasonable price, and they have about 8 indoor seating spots. The baristas were efficient. It's nothing to go out of your way to visit, but if you're in the area and need coffee, it's a great option.

Great place to take a break or work. Lovely people and really good drinks. Not many cute places in the area, highly recommend.
