What a great place. So many things to do.From the various arcade cabinet games (including mortal), big Jenga, billiards, cards.Huge space. With a view, by the water. There's just a lot to love.Solid staff and service.

Great location and ambience but the service is extremely poor. We ordered 2 cans of beer which were poured into glasses just to find out later that we were not given the full can when a customer complained about how another one was given the can with the remaining beer but he was not. When we tried to close the tab, it felt like we were invisible even though there was no one waiting for the service. I was surprised how a bar with great location and ambience could be so empty on a Friday afternoon but after the experience it all makes sens. Would not recommend this bar to anyone.

Extremely poor service. I was overcharged for drinks even though we came during HH, charged for food that never arrived (despite asking for it multiple times) and met with an attitude by the bartenders who expressed frustration my friend and I had a separate tab, and was nonverbal the entire time despite our politeness. Although the manager said he would comp our drinks for the poor service, it looks like the bartender already charged us before we signed anything (and for incorrect amounts, twice). I haven’t been able to get in touch with them but have two charges on my card for amounts that don’t even add up to my bill.

Massive space, so nicely decorated/designed. I went on a Thursday night and it was pretty dead, which is a rare treat for Manhattan.

Pearl Alley: Picked this restaurant/bar for a happy hour with friends near South Street Seaport. We saw this restaurant in passing during the summer and loved its location as it looks over the East River with breathtaking views. Food/Drinks: 4/5The happy hour menu includes a handful of drinks including beers, cocktails, and wine. Most of the group had opted for cocktails. The cocktails are $10 each during happy hour, which is a pretty good deal, especially in NYC. The captains choice is a seasonal spritz and I believe when I went it was a Lemon Spritz, which was phenomenal. The margaritas are also very good, especially the agave one. During our visit, we stuck with drinks mostly from the happy hour menu. This is a solid happy hour location if you are looking for just drinks. The problem arises with the food that is lackluster in quality. We opted for the Pickle Guys Assorted Pickles, which was interesting to say the least, the charcuterie board, and the pretzel. I would say that this place is not known for its food. Staff: 5/5very friendly. Knowledgeable. Willing to accommodate our mid sized group rather quickly. ambience 5/5:This spot is a cool place to meet up with friends due to its versatility. What I mean by that is that the restaurant has an amazing unhindered view of the river and Brooklyn. It is a picturesque view especially at sunset. The entrance of the restaurant has ping pong table and pool tables. The entire bar has very vibrant decor. This restaurant is a good spot for happy hours / casual meet up with friends/ and a place to just unwind with a stellar view.

Dance parties are my jam and one of my favorite things about living in NYC. Pearl Alley happened to host a Sound Off experience and it was the best. Imagine dancing the night away in a spacious open air bar. You get to choose the channel and the volume, and good vibes are flowing everywhere. Neighbors are happy because the volume is under control and everyone, literally everyone is having a blast. I hope that Pearl Alley brings this back because I can't wait to do this again.

Really cool atmosphere with views of the Hudson River and Brooklyn. I didn’t eat because I was there for a mixer but I’d definitely it go back to try their menus.

Wow for such a nice place I did not expect it to be so chill. It's actually even dog friendly. We came here to have some drinks and play games on the ping pong table and also the arcade machines after thinking photos at the pumpkin Arch. The workers here are so friendly and accommodating.I don't see why the space gets so much hate. Sure it is a little pricey but it's well worth it for the ambiance and service and space.

Yummy drinks and beautiful view of the Brooklyn bridge. Not much more I can ask for! The servers were all very kind.

I only had the oysters and Pickle Guys pickles but they were delicious. Otherwise, the menu was sort of basic with mozerella stick options and carb stuff. I love how fresh & yummy the oysters were though . The key win for Pearl Alley is the vibe & views of the water + piers inside. I'd go back to just have a drink with an appetizer facing the water.
