My favorite bar honestly
Happy hour starts at 1 pm. I had the sangria which was delicious, refreshing, and not too sweet. I got the tuna tartar appetizer and it was delicious. Great service too.
Amazing food, great whiskey selection and a pool table? What's not to love!
Everything I have ever tried here has been utterly delicious and sorry, I always end up eating before I get pictures 😋😂🤣
There's also a large private room for private events as well.
This place is a trip. Excellent pool table and drinks as you’d expect. A nice divey spot.
Avoid this store at all cost
They cheat their customers and kept them waiting for like an hour
I was a bit ambivalent upon walking in, the bar gives a very midwest vibe, of course with a Japanese flare.
Happy hour pricing was great and I was honestly shocked with how good the food was. Oysters were great and so were the donburi bowls.
The service was pretty bad, but it seemed like only a few people were working in a full bar.
They have a pool table in the back !
All around great experience. Was there for the happy hour, and Zaw was a very kind host pointing me in the right direction for all the selections. Definitely going back!

The shrimp tempura (which also contained vegetable tempura) was bad. It wasn't crunchy like good tempura, and it just didn't taste as good. At the end of the day, it's tempura, and they put sauce on it (?), so if you're drunk you're not going to notice a big difference. But if you're sober and want to eat good tempura then look elsewhere.
We had the oysters, too, and my date who eats a lot of oysters said they didn't taste good quality either.

I would recommend the spicy garlic edamame! The sashimi (shown in the photo) is too expensive for what it is

the oysters were okay. not good enough for me to order more. i got the lychee martini and it was made well. strong and sweet. the service here is not good. i sat at the bar and i ordered an appetizer. he forgot to put it in and i was waiting for like 30 min before he realized. and the appetizer was not good. it was called healthy choice or something and it had way too much sesame sauce to be enjoyable. the worst thing is there was a drunk guy sitting not too far from me and the workers did nothing to try to make me feel more comfortable as he was talking very loud and obnoxious towards me. this is why i was annoyed that the bartender took so long with my food bc he already saw this dude was annoying me too but didn’t do much to try to see if he could do anything. as a bartender myself if i see a guest being rowdy i will let them know to tone it down or they will be asked to leave. im not sure if i would come back, there was no dish that wowed me enough to do so

Don't be fooled by the appearance on the outside. Awesome bar with shockingly good food and a great vibe. The oysters were fresh and the fried chicken was tasty. Ice cold beer on tap, what more could you want?

It doesn't look like much from the outside but appearances can be deceiving. Everything was perfect. 10/10.
