My favorite cafe in the LES! Highly recommend their signature drinks menu. I got the sweet bean latte and it was very good. Their toast is kinda pricey and I only found the savory flavor delicious. Matcha and sweet toast is mediocre so you can pass on those. But i love the vibe overall!
As someone who lived in Japan for three years, this place is just okay (average). The chicken katsu curry was too watery and the mentai toast was good but nothing spectacular. I would only come back here for coffee or aesthetics.
commenting on the cafe not the restaurant: the barista was really sweet and patient- this made me what to stay and get something. the coffee (drop) was nice and hot! but a bit too fruity for my preference. not enough seating so unfortunately I stood until I was ready to continue on my way.
