Placed an online order a week ago as a gift for a loved one. No update since, called and they don't return calls like they say they will. Sent texts to an employee who did not respond. Unfortunately, now my relative will not get a present in time, that my mother paid over $80 for to expedite shipping. Extremely disappointed and don't recommend.

Bagels are decent, but not great. The staff consistently skimps on things like cream cheese. Service is usually disappointing. The staff isn’t exact rude, but the vibe is that they’re doing you a favor to speak to you, take your order and hand you a bagel.

Ignore customer., and staff has a do not care attitude…
The bagels are good, but in the three times I ordered online for pickup from them, twice they did not get the order or have it ready. This is the Essex market location specifically. I order ahead because I’m on a time crunch, if I had the time to wait I would just order in person. Am I supposed to call to make sure they got the order? Seems like online ordering is pointless if the staff isn’t checking anyway.
