Walked inside and there was no direction of where to go get your order as there is a coffee sign right outside. They don’t seem to have any POS being placed anywhere visible to signal a spot to stand as I just want to take out (perhaps they are using a hand held device?). The bartender refused to even acknowledge my existence or giving any direction of what is happening (she literally talked to other people but refused to even look at me to let me know what is going on). So I stood awkwardly at the bar while others are sitting. So yep, my sign to walk out.

Great cosy coffee shop, very quiet on a Saturday afternoon despite being just down from Chelsea market. I had an iced matcha latte which was extremely tasty and very well prepared.

Very nice hidden coffee shop in the busy Chelsea Market. The barista was super friendly, coffees were good and the interior design was pretty cool. We decided to enjoy the coffee inside rather than take it to go and loved the vibe of the place. Will definitely go back.

They have tea in the menu, but the barrista said there's no honey or lemon.
They only have disposable cups.
I didn't know if the coffee is good because I ordered two hot chocolates and a flat white. I only got the hot chocolates and nothing else.
Maybe the coffee is good or maybe not. I'll never know because I'll never come back.

It’s quite unassuming unless there’s people inside since it looks more like a bar. It seemed that many people thought so too since after we placed our order, there was a whole line forming after us. Because of that my mom and I were quite hesitant at first to step in as there was only one barista inside with no customers, but once we stepped in the barista immediately greeted us and took our order. I’m pretty particular with matcha lattes but this was exceptional. It got the job done and I loved his whisking technique. There was a bit clumping on the bottom and a slight bitter aftertaste, but quite vibrant and leaned more on the grassy side. You can ask for simple syrup as the sweetener and ice is extra.

our barista was super nice. crushed ice for cold drinks during summer is just not it. my cold brew was watery within 5 minutes of me walking out onto the street. i recommend you to ask for big cubes if you’re planning to take a drink out with you.
I have never had a tastier ice Americano. It had such a rich flavor - it tasted slightly spicy!
