This is really good. The yubu is really cool and unique. A lot of the dishes are very exciting. For the price of around $450/2 people (dinner and wine), it isn’t as competitive with other spots as I expected
This is the first time I have ever had such delicious food. It was the best dinner with the chef's detailed explanation. It's a perfect omakase for dates, friends, parents, etc. The service and accessibility are both excellent, and the wine selection to match the food was perfect. I highly recommend it.
tried the $75 yubu tart tasting menu and it was so delicious and very filling - and i’m someone who eats a lot so this is quite a surprise for me. every piece was packed with flavor and i love how unapologetic they were with the umami and spice. we started with fish-forward pieces and gradually moved towards the heartier meats. i enjoyed the fish pieces more as they were very refreshing, though this is probably a matter of personal preference. service was great as well - our...
