DDOBar recently dropped their ramen menu and it's among the best I've had in Chelsea and throughout NYC. It's right off of the Highline in Olly Olly Market and their service is impeccable. I will be returning for a bowl of their ramen and their salmon yubutart
Most people know DDO BAR inside Olly Olly Market for their 7-course tasting menu at dinner, which is definitely the main event. But this time, I stopped by during lunch hours (Tuesday–Friday, 12–2:30 PM) because I was craving ramen and wanted something quick and light.

This place is a gem! Came here on a Monday evening for dinner with friends. We opted for the premium omakase offering and split a bottle of wine. My favorite by far was actually the salted earl gray ice cream served at the end. I will be hunting down that ice cream back on the West coast.
