The coffee and tea and consistently good. However, I've been frustrated on multiple occasions with the demeanor of the cashiers and baristas. Please note that it is not all of them. I've had very positive interactions with multiple people. In other cases, the staff have been condescending and rude when I ask questions. The drinks are too damn expensive to deal with service like that. I will instead support local businesses in Harlem that respect their customers and don't succumb to passive aggressive madness.

First time visitor and was shown around and introduced to the place by Leora! They were extremely kind, approachable and knowledgeable! Made it exciting for me to return and is a hype for the best drinks!
First things first— it’s so pretty and the vibe is great, but even if that doesn’t move the needle for you, the food and coffee are incredible. I still dream about the now discontinued “cardi b breakfast burrito” from years ago and the Sir Muffington is so much more delicious than anything with a name that silly deserves to be.

I used to go there very regularly with my friend. The coffee and pastries were good but pricey. That was tolerable for me personally until I saw how the management reacted to a review about prices.
Dear Mama, not only were you rude and unprofessional - you are smug and ignorant. You LITERALLY run a cafe in the middle of a university campus. You’re shaming someone for being a “low income student”?

In my very humble opinion, this might be NYC's coolest coffee shop, at least one done in a modern style w/ a lot of space. The black dark roast I ordered was surely satisfying enough. Bonus points for being extremely well ventilated, more so than the nearby Manhattanville Market.

Love this place to do work or just hang out. There’s always live music. Drinks are a little pricey but worth it. Their matcha is DELICIOUS and a deep green so 100% worth the $7. I also like that if you sit you don’t have to drink your coffee in a to go mug. It can be a little cold in there.
