Got the new CHERRY PEACH, it's refreshing but kinda tasteless
Ordered the Peach Bobo since it’s the season of peaches and it didn’t disappoint! Very fruity and refreshing!
this was the worst Boba I’ve ever tasted. Philadelphia Boba, does it better no offense. My mango tasted foamy and water down the Boba taste like it should be a coffee, not my drink. Extremely disappointed. The staff was polite, and the place was clean
you can actually taste the fruit. super refreshing, perfect for the summer
Love this place since it opened on 2018 or 2019. It is even better than that time. Always able to find something nice to try.
It pains me to leave a low review, because the tea is 5/5 and the staff is very nice. The place is also clean and has a modern/sleek look. Now, as for my issue here:
I purchased a wonderful milk tea and a slice of cheesecake.
The cheesecake that arrives to me is.. a block of ice. Literally frozen cheesecake. Hard like a rock. Cannot be cut or eaten.
So I ask for an explanation, and I get told: “We don’t make our own cheesecake”. 😅 As if somehow that justifies serving something not edible to a customer.
At this point I am lost for words because I find it so absurd that they serve FROZEN cake and just look at you as if YOU (the customer) are the problem.
To the Débutea team: if you do not make your own dessert it is completely fine, but you cannot serve it ice cold and frozen to a customer. And when confronted (if it happens), you apologise, instead of trying to justify it with “we don’t make our own”.
My favorite drink in Manhattan : coconut mango
This might sound like hyperbole, but drinking the peach bobo reminded me of the first time I ever had a peach as a kid. So refreshing and absolutely excellent. Thank you.
I specifically asked for my drink to be made without sugar, but it ended up tasting like sugar syrup. It was undrinkable.
no friendly and confusing
