I always have a wonderful experience at Del Frisco's. Every visit is reliably great, and Mario Cepeda is a real asset to the restaurant. I'm always happy when Mario is our server.
It was Restaurant Week in New York. We dined with friends. I had Thai Pork Meatballs, 8oz filet mignon and Flourless chocolate cake. The pork meatballs were almost medium rare. The fillet mignon is missing on its side which is normally included. So if you want a side, you have to pay an additional USD9-15.

His place was pretty good. Food was nice, steak was well seasoned and cooked. Service was nice and attentive. Atmosphere was alright, kinda dark for my taste. Some items at the Rockefeller location were not on this menu, so I want to try that one to see if my rating goes up. It’s very pricey, and except for the steak, it wasn’t a wow for me for that price point.
