This spot creates dishes that make you stop and notice. They serve wonderful dishes that are fairly priced. The team members were exceptionally warm, refilling drinks promptly and checking that everything met our expectations. DK Restaurant NYC didn't match the hype I read about. I had a nice time at this spot.
My wife and I were vacationing in New York for her birthday and decided on DK for her birthday dinner. We were greeted at the door by Dennis who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We had drinks that were perfect (white wine for her and an Old Fashioned for me). This venue and meal was an absolute delight! We were treated so well from the moment we walked through the door. The service was impeccable! Kudos to our very seasoned server (I can’t remember his name but he said he’s been there over 30 years) provided plenty of information to the inquiries we had. And he was so emphatic. Just an absolute delight!
