Have been here twice in the laps of a year apart and both times consistently good and consistent in flavor, service is perfect. You don’t feel rushed, it’s genuine and they are always keeping an eye on you to make sure you are good. Food is unique but recognizable which is something not a lot of places have. 10/10
Nice trendy intimate spot.
Food was really good, a little on the saltier side.
-Winter salad: citrusy fresh and delicious.
– Casino crab: my favorite of the evening, light but rich, delicious cheese crust
– Buttered beans: light bean soup, not overwhelming, good to warm you up and break up the meal
- Half chicken: juicy thigh and wing, breast was on the drier side, well seasoned, could go a little easier on the salt

Music...
Demo never disappoints. The food is consistently good. Interesting textures and flavors to all their dishes. Great for sharing. The wine selections are of course interesting and varied. The service is really unique. Attentive, friendly but never intrusive. We were greeted warmly by the host. Even though we booked that day and made a request to be seated at our favorite two seats at the bar, they accomodated us which was not at all expected but very much appreciated. Demo is special.
