I had a really disappointing experience with Desi Deli. I ordered dal makhani late at night when I was extremely hungry, hoping for a comforting meal. Unfortunately, the food was completely spoiled. The dal makhani tasted off â sour and stale â definitely not fresh or edible. It was a huge letdown, especially when youâre counting on a decent meal during late hours. Iâm really unhappy with the quality and hope the restaurant pays more attention to food safety and freshness going forward.

I work close by and visit this restaurant fairly regularly. The food is consistent. You should try there Tawa Parantha's. Also the Naan that comes with the Thali is one of the best i have had in USA. Some people complain that the restaurant is not very clean, but i never had any issues.
