I work close by and visit this restaurant fairly regularly. The food is consistent. You should try there Tawa Parantha's. Also the Naan that comes with the Thali is one of the best i have had in USA. Some people complain that the restaurant is not very clean, but i never had any issues.

Vegetarian options: The restaurant is good, but I was disappointed with the bill. It lacked pricing details and a tax breakdown, which raises concerns about their transparency and leaves customers questioning their honesty.

Don’t let the reviews keep you away from Desi Deli! Their cholay and chicken are absolutely unique and proper banger flavors that feel like they’re straight from the heart of Punjab. The mix parantha? It’s so good that even if Gordon Ramsay were a Punjabi bibi, it couldn’t top it. This place truly captures the essence of traditional Punjabi cuisine, so if you’re after the real deal, give it a chance. You won’t regret it!

The worst Indian food I’ve ever tasted in my life. And I’m telling you I love Indian food and I’ve never had bad ones much it’s always been really good or if not still edible. but this one is on another level of being the worst. People in India will be mad for calling this Indian food. I don’t know how they are in business.

It’s a long story but through no fault of my own I ended up having two hours to kill in Hell’s Kitchen while waiting for something in the rain. Ducked into this place. Good food, affordable, fast. Everybody minding their own business and eating alone, the perfect restaurant for me ?

A small place with limited seats, I ordered hot breakfast of Parathas with yogurt and Indian masala chai, served with Indian pickles and relish. Food was good, I enjoyed my breakfast.
