Have passed this restaurant so many times over the years and finally made reservations. It is a delightful, cozy, romantic space. The service and food were outstanding. The workers very friendly , accommodating and professional. Definitely would say it's a " neighborhood gem" and if you want a " throw back" experience of the way restaurants use to be take the opportunity to experience Deux Amis!

Deux Amis is always wonderful! So charming, you feel as if you are in France. Whether you sit outdoors, at the beautiful bar, or at a cosy table, the service is friendly, and helpful with just the right mix of respect for your privacy and promptness. The food is always delicious. There is great variety on the menu, as well as tempting daily specials. The atmosphere is very romantic. My partner and I had our first date here 19 years ago, and we love to come back to celebrate our anniversary!

Never knew which server was ours. Really long wait time for plates to be cleared and to order our food. Food was okay. We originally booked because they didn't have a Valentine's Day pre fix, but I got a call 3 days before saying they changed and it would be $100 a person. I wouldn't have agreed but at that time I don't think I would have gotten another reservation elsewhere on Vday

The house wines by the bottle and glass were a good selection and very good value. The service was also very attentive and warm. We cannot wait to go back to try more of the menu!
