Great option for a quick work lunch if you work in the area. Fast, efficient service, and good seating options. I love their soup selection and come here often. The lasagna soup and chicken poblano are my favorites! A tad overpriced in my opinion, but it's Midtown East, so to be expected. Meets expectations for a fast service deli-type menu.

Food looks good but a small cup of soup for $8??? Not in a million years. I walked right out the door.

Absolutely awful - from pricing to product. Who thought you could screw up Italian Wedding soup??…congrats, you did it!! $7… for one, not two, not even three meatballs..served in an over salted broth. No Soup for You!!

Simply put: a bunch of rude and angry people serving mediocre and over priced food. Their salad bar terrible, too. Avoid.

The food sucks and all the employees are rude and angry. It's like going to the the DMV on a bad day.

No omelettes despite saying they do omelettes on the menu, no gluten free anything, no alternative milk, so if you have allergies, forget it. Perhaps they could try and cater for those with allergies as it’s hard to find anywhere in DC that does GF

A packed lunchbox, chicken Parmesan sandwich (chicken salad really) was well-packed and bursting with mayo, crispy lettuce and juicy tomato. The grilled brussel sprout salad side was good, but salty. The chocolate chip cookie was dry and hard. Not personally a fan but others may like it. And a banana. Nicely presented for a business lunch.
Excellent place ! Visited location in NYC today , and was greeted with hospitality and warmth ! Coffee was terrific , better than Starbucks !

great food, but the sandwich was old, and the service was not as good as I expected.

For the most part I like this place but they should be mindful of cleanliness. The man preparing my food had on gloves. He then proceeded to move boxes with the same gloves and touch my food again. This is extremely unsanitary.

Came here for a crab-cake specialty sandwich and was disgusted. Nothing in my order was fresh. The bread was old and crusty, the “crab-cake” was like a burnt hard beef patty, and it was supposed to come with sweet potato fries but came with super cold sweet potato chunks. It was disgusting and inedible.

The soups are not made in-house. Yet have great taste! Possible chance of food storage and poisonings as they are delivered by different food places.
