On Thursday, February 19, we had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location — and I want to emphasize that this is the second time this has happened to us here. We arrived around 9:25–9:30 PM to buy food. When we walked in, the chairs were already flipped upside down on the tables. We asked if we could still order food. There were 13 of us, ready to purchase. The cashier — the same person who treated us poorly the first time — told us that if we wanted to buy food, we would have to eat it outside because they were “closing,” and we were not allowed to stay inside. According to their posted hours online, they close at 10:00 PM. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time. It is not fair to treat paying customers this way, especially when we came during business hours and were ready to order. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location due to the poor treatment of customers.

Yasmin is the absolute best, she makes sure we have a delicious dinner every time we come, and we come at least once a week. She always makes me smile and is genuinely caring of her customers.

I had been doing more salad spots -- Just, Sweetgreens, Chopt -- so it had been several years since I'd been to Dig. The last time I got food from Dig (not this particular location), it was good and flavorful.
The past few visits for lunch over the last couple of months, I have not disappointed. Wife had the the holiday special, thanksgiving plate with chicken instead (don't recall the name) several times, which she really liked. I've had the salmon and chicken plates. Most of the sides that I have had -- carrots, broc, brussels, sweet potats, farro -- were delicious as is the food in general.
No issues with the portions and I feel the food is priced appropriately. Always had more than enough to feel satisfied appetite-wise.
Service is good in general and I can't say much about the atmosphere since I don't usually eat in.

Second time eating from here and feeling sick immediately afterwards with food poisoning. First time, thought it could have been a bug I caught. But getting sick a second time after eating from here confirms for me that there are unhygienic with food preparation. Just checked their inspection rating and it’s a B!

My order wasn’t ready by its pickup time, even though the restaurant was empty. The employee who made my order yelled about no one making my bowl, then she hastily made it. There was an employee vaping directly outside the entrance. I ordered the hot honey chicken, crispy chicken thigh, Mac n cheese, rice/salad, with brussel sprouts. I can’t comment on the crispy chicken because the employee forgot to include it. The other ingredients lacked flavor. Bummer because it was a $20 bowl and I was starving. Will not be returning and can’t recommend.
