Dig, UES was a delightful surprise! The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with attentive staff who made the experience even better (especially Justin & Tasha). Each dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented; it’s clear that quality ingredients and passion go into every plate. Highly recommend!

As a hospital employee who visits this restaurant frequently, today's experience really stood out. Tasha deserves special recognition for the outstanding job she did. She handled the lunch rush with professionalism and grace, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Her dedication and hard work truly shined today, and I believe she should be acknowledged for her exceptional service!

I was at the Weill Cornell hospital across the street this week welcoming my son! I’m a big routine guy and this week was out of my regular routine to say the least. The one guy who made it better? Justin at this location. He was so kind. The staple in my week that made me feel regular. He gave me a little extra chicken, split up the sides and recommended the baked chicken one night. It was truly the little things that made him such a great host at this dig. In such a transactional establishment where you point to stuff and then pay, Justin provided a lot of respect, welcoming attitude and connected with me!

Food is always good but the portion sizes are a joke. PLEASE never come here after 7pm or they will be out of everything and the little food that is left, they are stingy with it. Got the bowl with 2 pieces of chicken, 3 stalks of broccoli and 2 little pieces of sweet potato and the rest was faro filler. The bowl was half empty and I was hungrier after eating than I was before I ordered. Do yourself a favor and go to chipotle and get a filling bowl.

The food is good, the price decent for the upper Eastside. The service good and friendly. They're not getting 5 stars from this poster for nothing, it's well deserved.

If you're on the hunt for a quick, healthy lunch spot in New York, Dig is a total gem. It's kind of like Chipotle but steps up the game with better quality ingredients and a focus on wholesome, satisfying meals. The place is perfect for when you want something nutritious without defaulting to the usual salad.
My go-to bowl at Dig? Definitely the Mac and cheese, greens, chicken, and sweet potatoes. It’s a hearty, balanced mix that leaves you full without the food coma. Each component is packed with flavor, and you can really tell they care about what they're serving.
Dig's menu has something for everyone, whether you're into veggies, grains, or proteins—they’ve got it all, and it’s all prepared fresh. The vibe is laid-back and the service is fast, making it super convenient for those on-the-go lunches during a hectic day.
All in all, Dig is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a quick, healthy meal that’s far from boring. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and trying to keep it clean but tasty!

Go in hungry, leave hungry! Seriously so many reviews on portions and price, but no changes. I personally like the food, but the cost and portions leave me wanting more. I paid $15 and for $3 more I could have gotten a huge bowl of Bimbimbop that lasts me for two or more meals.
