Meh. Some strange flavors. Some unidentifiable flavor on the mushrooms and the Brussels have cinnamon maybe? Weird flavors don’t jive together for me. Place is clean.

This Dig location makes the best chocolate chip cookies. I didn't realize they are different at every one. And my lunch is always good, loving the mashed potatoes currently.

Good place to grab a not-so-sad desk lunch. My go to is the brown rice with kale Caesar and brussel sprouts. The mac and cheese and meatballs here are both amazing but not exactly healthy for sedentary desk monkeys. Lines do get long starting around 12:30 so I always try to go on the earlier side.

Dig is my favorite place to eat in the city and I’m so serious. It’s always bomb - the chicken thighs, the Brussel sprouts. Errthang. Get it. Enjoy it.

I love this place have for years. But what I saw with the girl at the register calling people out for not tipping was just atrocious behavior. I will not be going back to this location if at all possible.

Cane here because we couldn't find anything we liked that was open. Their selection of chicken dishes is pretty good and service was decent, We might be back.

My favorite lunch spot for healthy and home cooking options. There are a few tables for seating but generally everyone comes to grab and go.

I've been going to this location for a few years because the food is great and going there to grab dinner has become the highlight of a work day. My go to bowl is brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower and chicken. Now I go back to this location because of the people there.

Hot honey chicken was so good, with and without the extra sauce. Veggies had a tad too much seasoning but still an amazing meal.

I've been a loyal customer of this location since it was a Pump Energy Kitchen, in about 2008. For years, I came here pretty much every single day (except when it was closed during the pandemic). No more. There are now many competitors that offer similar healthy fast-casual food but a much better customer experience. This location is unable to handle online pick-up orders:If you come during the lunch rush, so often your order will be at least 15 minutes late. However, this location seems to simply lose orders pretty often, so you have to wait for an employee to ask you for your name, and then after that it seems as though your order is prepared, no matter the estimated time given to you when you placed the orders. So you can't simply appear 15 minutes after the estimated time and expect to immediately pick up your order; even if you arrive 30 minutes after the estimated time, you have to wait for an employee to give your name and then your order will eventually be prepared. If you come after the lunch rush...your order will almost never be waiting at the pick-up area. It seems to be the same issue: this location doesn't simply process online orders as it receives them. The layout is such that everyone who is waiting for an online order gets stuffed into a corner near the cash register. Better layout of this location would help. Finally, it seems dirty due to the filthy entrance, with paint chipped from the door and finger prints all over the glass. This location gets a D due to these issues.I've started going to Chop't, on 3rd between 52nd and 53rd, because you simply walk in, see your name on a screen, walk to the shelf that is indicated for your order, pick it up, and leave. That's how it should work.
