Service is such a hit or miss at this location. On this day I walked in and a worker was midway shoving a forkful a kale salad into his mouth straight from the salad bowl customers are served from. He walked away from the serving line when he saw me and another server proceeded to lifelessly help me with no greeting. Too bad because the food is actually decent here, just wish the service consistently reflected it. Also hope that there are some food safety precautions in place as well.

2.75 ounces of chicken. I asked if that was regular serving, they said I could get more if I paid more, which I did because I am an adult man not a child. For an extra $6, they gave me 3 ounces more. Just charge what you need to give a reasonable serving and don't make it an awkward, please can I have more situation. Unpleasant, annoying place that's just gotten worse over the years.

I recently placed an online order via the TGTG app and made a trip to your store during the designated pick-up time. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find the store completely closed and dark inside. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had traveled all the way from Brooklyn to collect my order.I kindly request that you acknowledge my feedback and investigate this matter further. It is important that you take the necessary steps to rectify and prevent such issues from occurring again in the future.
UPDATE: The food here gave me food poisoning! I stopped in for lunch this afternoon and noticed the chicken was off along with the mac n cheese. I was very sick within only a couple hours. This was my first meal and I didn’t eat anything afterwards so there couldn’t have been anything else that would’ve caused it. No need to get into the specifics but the aftermath was terrible. I wouldn’t even wish it on my worst enemies. Food safety practices are not taken seriously at this establishment. Be warned. Please be careful, if the food looks or tastes off.. chances are it is.—For whatever reason the food here is very inconsistent. There have now been a handful of times where I stop in to order my usual order and when I sit down to eat, it tastes awful. Specifically the mac n cheese. It is so awful that it is completely inedible. Regrettably, I’ve had to throw out bowls from here multiple times. I can’t even describe what to compare it to as it doesn’t even taste like food.Mind you, I am a regular customer of their other locations throughout the city. Unfortunately the food quality and consistency at this location will keep me from returning unless corrected. It’s a shame as I regularly frequent this neighborhood, but I can’t stomach their dishes. Literally.

Im surprised to say the food here was quite good. The Mac n cheese was so delicious. I also loved the hot honey chicken. I was bracing for super bland quinoa bowl (my daughter ordered and I tried it) and wow was that good! Most importantly, this is one of the few meals you will have in NYC where you’re not overpaying! The price point is amazing for the quality. I dig it! Come by. You won’t be sorry. Healthy yet comfort food.
