We love DIG. My boss often ordered lunch for everyone from DIG. Recently we had a bad experience too many times. So we would like to share our experiences with you all. I hope DIG-Madison team understands our disappointments and make the foods and services better. So that we can continue to order from DIG. First of all, their sauce were rancid, fermented and bubbling, and my tongue went numb. So please be careful, especially with Garlic Aioli, Cashew caster or Balsamic. Also they often forgot to put the sauces when you added to order from Seamless/Grabhub. They also forgot to add Avocado even though you paid extra. Their Farm Green or other green-kinds are not fresh, and the green leaves’ edge were brown/rotten as well. This store needs a inspection. We were sad and tired of this. My boss decided to move on because we are very busy team. We don't have time to submit the report because it was long Auto-phone-call-process of the seamless.

It was a good experience. The only thing I don't understand was to line up to get the food earlier rather than make an order online in advance. I mean, one of my colleagues told me that it would take longer to pick it up than order at the store.

The gentleman in the green hat and glasses and beard (manager?) was very accommodating.
I’ve been a customer at Dig for many years and never had an issue. At this location I discovered a metal wire in my Carrots. I luckily did not ingest it, but was shocked it was in my food. Customer service was unhelpful and difficult to deal with, and I am no longer a customer at Dig. I’m disappointed as I’ve turned to Dig for my lunch consistently for the last 2 years. There are many great options nearby such as CAVA.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! Don't EVER ORDER from this place! I ordered from their website, it SAYS was delivered BUT I NEVER GOT IT. And I CAN'T CONTACT ANYONE there! You call them and it's only automated messages that go NOWHERE! I used to love them, but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!
