Terrible customer service, I requested extra kale Caesar dressing (which every time I come I request it and there is no problem getting it) but for some reason the girl refused to do it for me. I’m a long time dig customer. I’m NEVER coming back, I got treated like I was insignificant. What happened to the customer is always right?

Fed up with this location. They profile you based on your weight. If you’re slim they give you less food than other customers. I even tested this with a coworker who is larger than me. We ordered the exact same meal, and sure enough, his bowl was about 50% larger than mine. You’re better off going to Blue Park which is nearby - they measure and serve the exact same size portions to all customers, no exceptions. If you’re paying the same, why should you get less?

we come very hungry and we choose this because it was near our hotel. We are the classic one and were happy to get some vegetebales in. They tasted like they were in there for multiple days. So as a european - don’t go there 😅

Dig inn was my favorite fast food place in nyc until I visited this location. The food is not bad, but the atmosphere is uninviting and everything looks beat up. Dirty table, filthy floors and bathrooms, boxes everywhere. Just a terrible location. Seems like the owner of this place gave up on his business.

Ordered pick up through their app. Very fast and clean interface. Store is newly renovated and has large amount of seating and farm table. Very warm atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Great place to get some healthy food. It was a bit confusing at first, nothing is labeled, portions are kind of small and additional protein is nearly half the cost of the entire meal. Food was delicious, restrooms were clean.
