AVOID THE KALE CAESAR AT ALL COSTS Disappointing Experience at This Location
I recently visited this Dig location and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I ordered the kale Caesar salad, but it was inedibly salty. It tasted like I was eating a whole container of salt! I was shocked and disappointed by the excessive saltiness.
The female Spanish employee who made my food at 10:50 AM was friendly, but the guy who rang me up was extremely friendly.
There were a couple of other issues that made my experience even more frustrating. The music was extremely loud, making it difficult for me to hear the employee. I would suggest lowering the music volume so that customers can communicate effectively with the staff.
Additionally, there were no labels on any of the food, which made it impossible for me to know what I was getting. I would strongly recommend considering labels on all food items to avoid confusion and ensure a better customer experience.
I've been to several other Dig locations, but this one fell far short of my expectations. The excessively salty kale Caesar, loud music, and lack of labels have ensured that I won't be returning to this location again.

We got a tofu sandwich which tastes good, but the side of brussel sprouts and the kale salad (not very large sadly) with salmon were very disappointing: very salty overall, the salmon was actually difficult to eat. The small brioche that comes with the salad was dry and hard, so probably not that fresh...

Service was good and so was the vibe the food was just not it. The chicken was to greasy and the rice tasted weird. The Sriracha and Garlic Aioli also tasted off. The only things I enjoyed was the broccoli and Mac and cheese.
Friendly staff and delicious food. It’s a great place to sit for a bit and enjoy your meal (and there’s nyc wifi if you’re working!): there’s enough seating with tables for you to work, and the atmosphere is boosted by the throwback jams. If you do plan to sit for a bit note that the aircon makes it quite chilly

Fantastic cozy healthy food, really great vibe, I’ll be coming here a lot! Just some notes on the flow design: there is a giant lamp blocking the menu so it’s hard to read, the suggested dishes don’t have a price which is annoying, then the smaller menu pasted on the glass was fuzzy and I couldn’t read it, I finally found a printed menu that did the job, but this whole confusion held up the line

If eating simple is your goal, then this is your place. I think I was expecting a bit more for the price. Not many options to choose from.
If you want "farm greens" to start with as your base, expect just basic salad with mint added, not worth the price you are paying. Instead, try the grains, they will fill you up more and aremore nutritious.
Seating was awkward. They probably didn't have enough space to fit that many seats, yet, they do have that many seats. The distance between you and other customers seating there will be close. It is very clean and well-maintained though.
The staff wasn't super helpful (and I would say even rude). When I was shocked that the farm greens was just some generic salad, I expressed my surprise to the employee, "The farm greens is just salad?!", and he just kept repeating, "You can choose other things to add later." But the other employee who was the next to help me got distracted for a good 30 seconds when it was my turn because she wanted to say hi to her friend in the back of the line, while holding my bowl in her hand.
