Dig has become a staple for us when we want to eat quick, hearty & healthy! go tos are:Marinated Cannellini Beans Side - tried so hard to recreate this recipe, its a wonderfully balanced side that is really refreshingSpiced Farro Side is also a favorite of ours, along with the Charred Broccoli with Lemon Side, and Brussels.And dont skip the Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert, you wont regret it!
