My first time trying Dig. I ordered a bowl with the meatballs. I'm honestly so sad because the food was absolutely delicious and the portion was huge. Like I'd give the food taste texture etc. all a 10/10 but im sad because I found a piece of a blue rubber band in my meal halfway through ? after that I just couldn't trust it and threw the rest out.

Came to this trendy location for dinner after an extra long day of work, and received excellent customer service and a food coma! My Crispy Chicken Bowl with Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Cashew Kale Caesar with a side of Hot Honey was delicious. Maurice was amazing; he delivered a complimentary side Crispy Chicken to my table. What a kind soul! I love me some DIG on 4th!

I used to visit this place regularly, but during my last visit, I spotted several cockroaches scurrying around in the kitchen area. What's worse is that the staff seemed to have noticed them but chose to ignore the issue. Such disregard for hygiene is extremely off-putting, and as a result, I've decided not to return.

I like this location because of the interior layout. Nice open window view of 4th Ave. I ordered the glazed tofu, Brussel sprout, sweet potato, kale salad as a base (+$1.99), focaccia bread($3) and carrot cake. The staff were nice and social, however the Brussel sprout side dish was too salty. Needs to have a proper salt management. Tofu was over cooked or under the heat lamp too long however everything was still tasty. The focaccia was greatly oiled with herbs visible and slightly taste it. I have yet to eat the carrot cake, update later. There is a water closet available in the back of dining hall. If you're wanting something wholesome and quick in union square area, dig inn! Now knows as dig.

I’ve been at the 100 W 67th st location and have had better quality salmon and mac and cheese.This place has porridge like mac and cheese and very small piece of overcooked salmon for $14.80. I would NOT come back here to get either of those foods.Broccoli and brown rice here is good. The chocolate chip cookie is the only thing ABOVE PAR.
