Good lunch spot, comparable to Taim, Cava or Naya. Similar price point. Only complaint is they don’t have the temporary door outside in winter. Every time someone walked in you get smacked with cold air. Food is good though!

I come to NYC monthly for work. I try and stop here every day for lunch cause I love it so much. The staff however is awful and that’s being kind. Lots of just hanging out and standing around with dreadful low energy. I came today and was rudely told I can’t order lamb on weekends as they have a slab of lamb cooking. I will definitely never eat at the Times Square location again. Also, management would be smart by sending in secret shoppers to truly see how awful these employees are.

Ordered the spicy falafel bowl. There was no spice, lentils or pickles. The bulgur wheat was bitter and tainted everything else. Worst of all was the falafel which was overcooked, room temperature and free of any flavor.
Truly disappointing.

So upsetting! This is my second time in a row where they messed up my order. I walked 15 minutes to get there to pickup my food. Get back to my office and open it up to see no sauce or dressing at all. I ordered spicy marash, dill yogurt sauce and green dressing. All Missing! Now I’m stuck with a dry salad because I can’t waste another 30 minutes.

The workers are polite and efficient! You are in and out I don’t think I’ve spent longer than 10 minutes whenever I go to pick up food from here.

The food is so good and worth the price. Everything is full of flavor. 10/10

When you ask for a salad bowl over here, they actually don’t give you more salad. It’s like they want you to get the rice option which I didn’t want. I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here.

Food is fine (also was the day before) but nothing special. also make sure that the opening hours are correct. Associatively turned away from the door at 10:15 PM even though the location was supposed to be open until 10:30 PM and there were people still inside. You would think that reporting opening hours wouldn't be that difficult?

Food is always super fresh over here and tasty. I usually get the chicken bowl but I got salmon today and it was perfect. Shout out to Caesar behind the counter. He’s super nice and helpful :)
