I had the pleasure of spending time with Colette Rossant who launched this establishment in 2000, she was an incredible woman who lived a full, fascinating life which she documented in her writing. Colette brought me to Dim Sum Go Go some time in the 2010s and I have returned many times in honor of her. It is delicious! You really can't go wrong when you order here.
First of all, I really appreciate the staff going out to put down ice-melt in front of the store when it starts snowing. We arrived just after it started blowing snow and they were out there making sure the sidewalk was safe. I also really appreciated the staff allowing me to put my luggage by the front desk, those small accommodations make a difference in this fast-moving city. Dim Sum Go Go is a fantastic find, especially considering its reputation as a budget-friendly Michelin-recommended spot. The food quality is exceptional and absolutely lives up to the hype.
