Wow! Me and my friend split the pork dumplings and the purple taro buns and we’re both full and satisfied. Delicious food.

Best kept secret in the city for inexpensive but great food lunch.

I ordered the chicken fried rice, and unfortunately, it was very dry and lacked flavor. There was barely any chicken in the dish, which was frustrating given the price. The wait time was unusually long even though the restaurant didn't seem over-capacity. Not the best value for money in the area.

Very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the service felt rushed, we were constantly being pressured to order, which completely took away from the experience.
One of the dishes I ordered never arrived, and instead of addressing the issue, the check was brought to the table without us asking for it.
To make things worse, the lychee martini was awful, poorly balanced and not enjoyable at all.
This is not the level of service one expects, especially for a restaurant in such a busy and well known area. Would not return.

Nice relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Great food and prompt service. Glad we stopped here to relax from the hectic 5th avenue Christmas rush.

Restaurantji Recommends
Rice dimsum sticky chewy rice good.
Soup Dumpling bit thick.
Lunch special good. Fried rice choice, reliable hot&sour soup, chicken or beef.

Most reliable lunch special.
4 business lunch. We had all three branches- air force, navy, army, and coast guard... Singapore noodle, Eggplant, General Tso chicken, and shrimp...
Portion generous. Sweet & sour soup taste satisfactory. Vegetable fried rice good too.
Thank you Dim Sum Palace for providing safe haven from inflationary New York City.

The orange chicken was probably the best I have ever eaten. Super high quality chicken and great tasting sauce. The pork soup dumplings were a little thick but the flavor was really good. Not a fan of the vegetable spring rolls, the insides were very slimy. The waitress wasn’t very nice or patient but we got to sit in a very cool room on the second floor and see out the window to the street below.

Their soup dumplings are so good ! So was their shrimp dumpling with spicy mayo . However the beef stew wasn’t good the beef they put in it was mostly fat and the noodles were too crunchy. My friend ordered pork chops and duck and that wasn’t good either . The lychee martini is good and sweet
