Amazing dim sum spot in NYC—Dim Sum Palace nailed it with fresh, flavorful bites all around. Highlights were the crystal shrimp dumplings (har gow—perfectly translucent and juicy), soup dumplings (xiao long bao exploded with broth), BBQ pork buns (fluffy and sweet-savory), and turnip cake (crispy edges, great texture). Service was quick and attentive—plates kept coming hot, staff super friendly even when packed. Atmosphere is bright and bustling (classic Chinese restaurant energy), but a bit noisy and basic—not fancy, but who cares when the food's this good! Definitely a go-to for dim sum cravings. Will be back soon!
