Amazing dim sum spot in NYC—Dim Sum Palace nailed it with fresh, flavorful bites all around. Highlights were the crystal shrimp dumplings (har gow—perfectly translucent and juicy), soup dumplings (xiao long bao exploded with broth), BBQ pork buns (fluffy and sweet-savory), and turnip cake (crispy edges, great texture).

I recently visited Dim Sum Palace and had a very good experience. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Pork along with the Shanghai Egg Fried Rice, and both dishes were delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the food tasted fresh and authentic. The service was friendly and quick, making the whole visit enjoyable. Overall, I would give Dim Sum Palace a solid 5 stars and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality Chinese cuisine.
